As a Recruitment Specialist for domestic roles, particularly focusing on BPO/contact center positions, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing potential candidates from various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, walk-ins, and referrals. You will conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate the candidate-job fit and coordinate interview schedules. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing bulk hiring initiatives and ensuring a robust candidate pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for posting job openings on different platforms and creating engaging visuals using tools like Canva. Monitoring performance metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Result Areas (KRAs) will be essential to ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Collaborating with client HR and operations teams to facilitate candidate deployments and maintaining daily trackers and reports will also be part of your day-to-day tasks. We welcome both freshers and individuals with up to 2 years of recruitment experience to apply for this position. An intrinsic interest in the recruitment and HR consultancy domain is crucial, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A basic understanding of job portals and social media sourcing is required, and familiarity with Canva is preferred but not mandatory. The ability to multitask effectively and meet hiring deadlines will be key to success in this role.
