You will be responsible for counseling professionals on various programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions. Your primary task will involve telephonically interacting with senior and mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner to check and generate interest in Executive education programs. You will need to counsel individuals to understand their personal and social challenges affecting their career progression and provide advice on how to succeed through education. By achieving set targets of enrollments in various programs, you can earn rewards and incentives above industry standards. Your role will also include shortlisting and scheduling appointments for discussions via phone, assisting leads with relevant information until closures, and providing correct and authentic information to prospective participants. It is essential to record all information and interactions in CRM software regularly and adhere to policies and procedures for smooth operations. Attending all training and learning sessions for self-development and contributing to team goals will be crucial aspects of your job. You should possess the ability to connect with about 150-200 working professionals daily and counsel them telephonically. A solid track record of 2 to 3 years in selling and marketing high-value programs, executive search, or training and development experience is preferred. Additionally, having a pleasing personality with excellent communication, listening, persuasion, and consultative selling skills is essential for this role.
