Teleperformance US Voice Customer Service

Role Overview: You are being hired for Teleperformance Gurugram for a Premium Campaign focusing on US Customer Service along with a mix of Technical Support. The location for this role is Sector 18, Gurugram. This position is open to Undergraduates, Graduates, as well as Experienced and Freshers. Excellent Communication Skills are a must-have for this role. You will be working 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs and shifts that may include night shifts. Additionally, both side cabs and one-time meal will be provided. The salary for Freshers and Experienced individuals will range between 20K to 31K Inhand, along with OT $10 Every hour and CSAT Incentives.
