You have accumulated over 10 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in AI/ML product ownership. As an experienced Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and implementation of our AI-based Test Intelligence Platform. This platform is designed to transform software testing through the utilization of AI/ML, data analytics, and automation to offer actionable insights, test generation, predictive testing, risk-based prioritization, and intelligent regression strategies. Your key responsibilities will include defining and managing the product roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization based on customer requirements, business objectives, and AI capabilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as AI/ML engineers, QA, DevOps, and UX, will be essential to translate requirements into scalable product features. You will drive the discovery, definition, and delivery of features like test generation, test impact analysis, flaky test detection, root cause analytics, and automated risk scoring. Additionally, conducting competitive benchmarking of test intelligence tools and partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to collect feedback and enhance user journeys will be part of your role. Defining and monitoring necessary KPIs is also crucial. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software development, test automation, DevOps, or quality engineering domains. A good grasp of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and their integration in software products is essential. Familiarity with test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and telemetry tools, along with experience in test analytics, coverage tracking, impact-based testing, and test optimization, are required. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary, as well as exposure to agile methodologies and tools. Key Responsibilities : - Cloud Environment Management : Leverage cloud platforms, primarily AWS, with additional knowledge of GCP and Azure, to design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions. - CI/CD Pipeline Development : Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, and CircleCI to streamline development and deployment processes. - Containerization & Orchestration : Manage containerized environments using Docker, KVM, and Kubernetes (K8s), with a strong understanding of virtualization and orchestration practices. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Utilize tools like Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation to provision, configure, and manage infrastructure resources. - Linux Systems & Networking : Maintain and optimize Linux systems, managing network components like firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers to ensure secure, high-performance connections. - Security & Compliance : Apply best practices in infrastructure and application security, managing both stateful and stateless clusters (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, etcd) and ensuring secure service-to-service communication with proper authorization and authentication. - Kubernetes & Service Mesh : Set up and configure Kubernetes clusters, manage service mesh configurations, and implement service-to-service authorization and authentication. - API Gateway Management : Configure and manage API Gateways such as Kong and AWS API Gateway to handle service requests and ensure smooth data flow across applications. - Monitoring & Telemetry : Deploy and manage monitoring, telemetry, and logging platforms, such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and ELK Stack, to maintain visibility and insight into infrastructure health and performance. - Cost Analysis & Trade-offs : Perform costing analysis across tools and technologies, making recommendations based on trade-offs to optimize infrastructure costs. - Distributed Systems Management : Oversee the development and production environments for complex, high-performance distributed systems, ensuring stability and resilience. - Capacity Planning & Load Balancing : Conduct capacity planning, design clustering solutions, and implement load balancing per architectural standards to support scalable application performance. - Documentation & Emerging Technologies : Prepare architectural design documentation, including system diagrams and component inventories, and evaluate emerging technologies to make recommendations for potential adoption.
