As a seasoned AI expert, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to deeply comprehend business requirements and transform them into actionable technical roadmaps. Your role will entail identifying and prioritizing AI use cases aligned with organizational objectives, devising a scalable implementation roadmap, and conducting ROI analysis for on-prem LLM deployments. You will be responsible for crafting sophisticated software designs that are underpinned by AI-powered experiences focusing on performance, scalability, security, reliability, and ease of maintenance. Utilizing modeling techniques such as UML and Domain-Driven Design, you will visualize intricate relationships between components to ensure seamless integrations. Your responsibilities will also include leading large-scale platform projects that deliver a myriad of services such as No-code workflow management, HRMS, Collaboration tools, Search engines, Document Management systems, and more for our employees. You will champion automated testing, continuous integration/delivery pipelines, MLOps, and agile methodologies across multiple teams. Additionally, you will spearhead efforts to integrate artificial intelligence capabilities with internal and external ecosystems to provide a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a BTech/MTech/PhD in Computer Sciences with specialization in AI/ML, along with a proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects. A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in building AI-based applications using the latest Agentic frameworks is essential. As an accomplished leader with 12-14 years of experience in software design & development, you should be adept at designing and developing applications and workflows using the ACE framework. Hands-on experience in developing AI Agents based on various frameworks and fine-tuning LLMs for enterprise needs are crucial skills required for this role. Your expertise should extend to navigating through Natural Language Understanding, developing conversational experiences, and leveraging technologies like RAG and vector databases to enhance the effectiveness of AI models. Proficiency in Python programming and developing agents/tools in an AI Agentic framework is a must. You should have demonstrated experience in building data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, along with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving technology landscapes. Past experience with .NET Core ecosystem and front-end technologies like Angular/React/Javascript/Html/Css will be advantageous. In addition, you should be skilled in managing full-stack web applications built upon Graph/RESTful APIs/microservice-oriented architectures and have a strong grasp of telemetry capture, ingestion, and intelligence derivation on platforms. Your track record should showcase your ability to mentor peers effectively while maintaining attention to detail throughout the software development life cycle. Excellent verbal/written communication skills and exceptional presentation/public speaking talents are crucial for this role.,
