Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Telemarketer to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote company products/services, and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers and explain product/service details
• Generate leads and follow up for conversions
• Maintain call records and customer database
• Achieve daily/weekly targets

Requirements:

• Female candidate with 6 months to 1 years of telemarketing or sales experience
• Good communication in Tamil and basic English
• Confident, proactive, and result-oriented
