A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to generate sales, provide customer support, or promote products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-oriented approach. Telecallers act as a bridge between the company and potential or existing clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Make calls to prospective customers to generate leads, promote products/services, or convert inquiries into sales.
Answer customer queries, provide information about products/services, and resolve issues promptly.
Identify potential customers, follow up on leads, and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, feedback, and sales data in CRM or company databases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
Work towards weekly/monthly sales or call targets set by the company.
Stay updated with product features, offers, and company policies to answer customer queries accurately.
Provide clear, professional, and polite communication to represent the company positively.
Handle customer objections effectively and provide alternative solutions when necessary.
Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to share feedback, strategies, and improvements.
