You will be responsible for conducting classroom lectures and practical sessions in Civil, Mechanical, and Instrumentation & Control Engineering subjects as a Technical Teacher in our Skill Development Program. Your role will involve developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments tailored to meet program objectives. Additionally, you will mentor and guide students through practical projects and assignments, evaluate their performance, and provide constructive feedback. Collaboration with other faculty members to continuously enhance curriculum and teaching methods will be a key aspect of your role. Participation in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities is expected to contribute to the overall growth of the program. The preferred candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, along with 3 to 6 years of industry experience in Civil and Mechanical disciplines. Previous teaching or training experience in Skill Development Programs or Skilling Initiatives under Govt of India schemes will be advantageous. A passion for educating and mentoring students, strong communication skills in both Telegu and English languages, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic educational environment are essential qualities we are looking for. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.,
