The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, with the ability to manage various roles at the same time. This role provides an excellent foundation for building a rewarding career in Human Resources. As a Talent acquisition partner expect to be: RESPONSIBILITIES Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals). Draft and post job descriptions and advertisements on relevant platforms. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist with offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates and build a talent pool for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Working with the wider People team and IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs, to assist with planning recruitment strategies. Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidates’ applications are processed efficiently Update and maintain in-house ATS system to ensure company-wide candidate database for India Qualifications EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn Familiar with Applicant tracking system Smart Recruiters (Nice to have) Must have experience in recruiting for specialized & niche skills in IT.
