This position is a part of MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions (MAES) R&D team. Primary purpose of this position will be implementation of new product development projects, evaluation of alternative raw materials in existing products, evaluation of products as per customer needs, operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments, documentation and presentation of test results. What will you be doing? Responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining pilot plant equipment. Provide support to conduct experimental runs of large batch production while maintaining a safe working environment.
