Responsibilities: Supervise and manage construction of all depot components such as inspection sheds, workshop buildings, washing plant, staff quarters, OCC/BCC buildings, and stabling yards. Oversee execution of structural works (RCC, steel), architectural finishes, and MEP installations within the depot premises. Review and approve method statements, construction drawings, GFCs, and contractor submittals. Ensure adherence to project specifications, IS codes, RDSO norms, and applicable international standards for depot infrastructure. Coordinate interface activities between civil works and system packages (track, OHE, signaling, telecom, SCADA). Monitor and report physical progress, verify contractor s measurements and billing, and assist in resolving technical site issues. Conduct inspections and support QA/QC and HSE compliance in line with contract requirements and approved QAP. Facilitate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in collaboration with systems and rolling stock teams. Liaise with the Client/PMC, DDCs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of depot facilities with the mainline and operational requirements. Qualifications: Graduate in Civil Engineering and 18+ years of experience with 5+ years in Metrorail projects.
