Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis with respect to project and its execution Capturing all the requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work Taking feedback on the regular basis to ensure smooth and on time delivery Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members. You'll act as a critical link between teams and stakeholderscommunicating updates, addressing challenges, and ensuring a smooth transition to operations in collaboration with the Project Execution Owner. You Have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent 12+ year of Telecom deployment experience in Packet core PaCo deployment (MME, SGW, PGW, UPF, SGSN, GGSN, DNS etc) If you also had: IMS & SDM deployment experience Leads technical activities during the execution phase, including Core Network Implementation, System Acceptance, Multi-Vendor Interface Verification, and managing faults and technical escalations. Guides and motivates technical teams by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring access to necessary resources. Identifies project risks, develops mitigation strategies, and ensures alignment with timelines and objectives. Ensures the quality of deliverables meets defined standards and project requirements. Communicates project progress, updates, and issues clearly to stakeholders including clients, team members, and management. Supports the Project Execution Owner (PEO) in ensuring a smooth handover to operations and confirms successful implementation of all key actions.
