POSITION: - TELE CALLING EXCEUTIVE Job description Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote and sell real estate services. Provide detailed information to clients about available properties, pricing, and other related services. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up on leads to maintain customer engagement. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics as set by the management. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team to pursue. Record and maintain accurate data in CRM systems. Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales. Upsell additional services and products to clients. Assist with marketing and promotional activities when needed. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service. Desired Candidate Profile: Any Female Graduate with excellent interpersonal skill Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in Real Estate sector Basic Computer Knowledge Perks and Benefits Salary 2-2.5L pa Bonus Leave Encashment Industry Type: Real Estate Functional Area: - Sales Employment Type: Permanent.
