Fluent in Malayalam: Excellent spoken and written Malayalam skills, with clear articulation.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-Centric: Ability to engage with customers positively and professionally.
Problem Solving: Ability to address customer issues and find effective solutions.
Sales Skills (Optional): Experience or a natural ability to upsell or close sales.
Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, call-center tools, or basic data entry.
