Telecalling Executive – Leads & Customer Follow-up

Location: Showroom (Hill Cart Road or City Centre)

Working Hours: 10 AM to 8:30 PM

Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year experience

Salary: ₹10,000–₹14,000 + incentives

Reporting to: Store Manager / Digital Marketing Team

Responsibilities:

• Call all incoming leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, and offline visits
• Share ongoing offers via WhatsApp to interested customers
• Book store appointments and follow-up daily
• Maintain lead sheet with call status and conversion remarks
• Update customers on EMI, cashback, and new launches

Skills:

• Clear Hindi/English/Bengali/Nepali communication
• Basic WhatsApp usage and Google Sheet updating
• Persistence in follow-up and polite customer dealing
• Knowledge of iPhone/Realme/HP products is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
