Build Customer Relationships: ● Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. ● Address customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns. ● Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers. Product Knowledge: ● Stay informed about our products/services and industry trends. ● Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers. Data Entry and Reporting: ● Accurately record customer details and sales information in the CRM system. ● Generate reports on sales activities, leads, and outcomes.
