Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining property details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. You will play a key role in driving sales by connecting with prospects and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads from the database and inquiries. Explain real estate projects, offers, and location benefits to potential clients. Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects until conversion. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer information. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation. Handle incoming queries courteously and professionally. Coordinate with sales and field teams for seamless client handover. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided). Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and call tracking systems. Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages – customize as needed]. Self-motivated and target-driven.
