Telecalling Executive – Digital Marketing Institute in Gandhinagar

We’re Hiring: Telecaller(Female) Note: (only looking for Female Candidate)

Location: Sargasan Gandhinagar
Industry: Digital Marketing & Training
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for course enquiries
• Explain course details (Digital Marketing, Full Stack, etc.) to prospects
• Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates
• Update CRM/Excel records daily
• Coordinate with the counselling & admission team

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or counselling experience
• Good command over English communication (mandatory)
• Confident, polite & convincing personality
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Knowledge of digital marketing or IT courses is a plus
