Salary: 15000 - 30000 + Incentives

Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales for second home properties by contacting potential clients, providing property information, and scheduling site visits. They will play a key role in building relationships with prospects and converting them into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential clients based on target lists, Excel data, and other sources.

 Provide detailed information about available second home properties, including location, amenities, pricing, and project details.

 Answer questions from potential clients about properties and address their concerns.

 Determine the interest level of potential clients and identify their specific needs and requirements.

 Arrange appointments or site visits for interested clients with site manager.

 Maintain and update customer records in the Excel.

 Follow up with prospects to gauge interest, answer questions, and nurture leads.

 Work towards closing deals by providing excellent service and building strong relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
