Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tele caller / Lead Support Executive with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle leads efficiently. The candidate must be fluent in English and at least one additional language, with experience in lead handling, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation and support
• Communicate effectively with leads in English and multiple languages
• Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up
• Schedule appointments and maintain proper records in CRM/tools
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of telecalling/lead support experience
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (multi-language proficiency is a must)
• Strong ability to handle objections and persuade leads
• Experience in lead handling, CRM, and appointment scheduling
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
