Telecaller/admission cousellor

Job Summary

We are hiring a Telecaller to handle student/parent enquiries, follow up with leads, and schedule counselling appointments for our academic programs. Candidates must have good communication skills and the ability to handle high-volume calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 120–150 outbound calls daily to students/parents
• Explain course details and fix appointments for counsellors
• Follow up on all leads via calls & WhatsApp
• Maintain lead sheet/CRM with accurate updates
• Share daily calling reports
• Handle basic enquiry calls from walk-ins and online leads

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling (education industry preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication skills in Tamil + basic English
• Ability to handle continuous calling and follow-ups
• Confident, polite, and target-driven
• Basic computer/Excel knowledge
