Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Loan Sales team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining loan products (Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.), understanding their needs, and helping them complete the application process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available loan products. Generate leads and convert them into applications. Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients until disbursement. Understand customer profiles and suggest suitable loan options. Coordinate with sales managers and banking partners for file processing. Maintain data of calls, leads, and conversions in Excel/CRM. Achieve monthly targets for lead generatio n and conversions.
