📌 Telecaller Job Profile Position: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive Job Summary: A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing the company’s products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. The role also includes handling inbound inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers. Explain products/services and their benefits clearly. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain customer databases and update call records. Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams. Follow up with interested prospects to close deals. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets. Handle objections politely and provide proper solutions. Maintain professional communication and company reputation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry). Ability to persuade and handle rejection positively.
