About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Pune. Candidates with basic educational qualifications, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners residing in Pune will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Generate leads and identify business opportunities.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
• Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
• Achieve daily calling targets and assigned business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Basic educational qualification is sufficient.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Must be currently residing in Pune.
• Immediate joiners are mandatory.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with customers.
• Willingness to learn and work towards targets.
