Telecaller

1. Calling & Customer Handling

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers and handle incoming inquiries.
• Explain company products and services and understand customer requirements.

2. Lead Generation

• Generate leads through calling and follow-ups.
• Contact architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to identify business opportunities.

3. Customer Follow-up

• Follow up on customer inquiries, pending requirements, and potential business opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and share updates with the sales team.

4. Appointment Scheduling & Sales Coordination

• Schedule customer meetings for the sales team.
• Coordinate with sales executives regarding customer requirements, lead status, and next follow-up actions.

5. CRM & Data Management

• Maintain accurate customer contact details, lead records, and calling updates.
• Update call status, customer responses, and follow-up dates in CRM or designated records.

6. Reporting

• Maintain daily records of calls made, leads generated, and follow-ups completed.
• Prepare daily calling reports and share them with the reporting manager.

3. Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, lead generation, or sales support can apply. Furniture and furnishing industry experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication and confidence in speaking with customers.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer records and reports.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a result-oriented approach.

Tools to Be Used: CRM, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Email.

Work Location: In person
