Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and patient-focused Telecaller to join our customer experience team at our Skin & Hair Clinic. The primary responsibility is to handle inbound inquiries and prospective client calls to successfully schedule appointment walk-ins at our clinic. Your core objective is to build rapport, introduce our specialized skin and hair consultation services, and guide clients to visit our clinic in person.

Key Responsibilities:

Call inbound leads and handle prospective patient inquiries regarding skin and hair treatments.
Pitch the clinic’s consultation services and emphasize the value of meeting our specialists in person.
Focus on converting inquiries into confirmed, scheduled clinic walk-ins (no direct tele-sales required).
Maintain accurate call records, follow-up schedules, and appointment bookings in the clinic CRM.
Re-engage missed or cold leads to offer rescheduled appointment slots.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluency in both Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus).
Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, inside sales, or patient/customer relations.
Preference: Prior experience calling for skin clinics, hair care/transplant centers, dermatology practices, or wellness facilities.
Strong verbal communication, active listening, and phone etiquette.
Persuasive communication style with a helpful, friendly demeanor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
