Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing information about products or services.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other methods.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
