Job Description

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Follow prepared scripts when speaking to customers.
Handle incoming queries or complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
Collect customer information and generate leads for the sales team.
Persuade customers to purchase products/services.
Upsell or cross-sell when possible.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
Record feedback and report issues to management.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets set by the company.
Work closely with the sales or marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collect feedback and market information from customers.
Share insights that can help improve product offerings or marketing strategies.
Address customer doubts or objections tactfully and provide convincing responses.
Follow company policies and standard call scripts.
Ensure compliance with customer service standards and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
