  Telecaller – Sales & Conversion - We are looking for confident, target-driven Telecallers – Sales & Conversion who can handle enquiries, counsel customers effectively, and convert leads into confirmed sales.   This role is strictly performance-oriented and suited for candidates who enjoy convincing, objection handling, and closing deals.   Key Responsibilities: Call incoming leads and enquiries Explain services/packages clearly and confidently Handle objections and close sales Follow up with interested leads via calls/WhatsApp Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets Maintain basic call and conversion records   Requirements: Strong communication & convincing skills Sales / telecalling experience preferred Comfortable with targets and pressure Basic phone & WhatsApp handling Tamil mandatory, English basic required   Salary: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (Performance based)   Location: Chennai | Full-time / Part Time
