Location: Wakad, Pune Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years (Real estate or telecalling experience preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Outbound Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their property requirements, scheduling meeting and site visits for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to fresh and existing leads from the company database or other sources. Understand the client’s property needs (budget, location, type of property). Convince and book appointments for face to face meeting with the sales team. Convince and book appointments for site visits with the sales team. Follow up with leads to convert interest into site visits and closures. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-ups in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling, appointment and site visit targets. Coordinate with the field sales team for lead handovers and updates. Key Skills & Competencies: Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Marathi]. Persuasive and confident phone etiquette. Ability to understand customer requirements quickly. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software). Good listening and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass. Prior telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience preferred (real estate industry experience will be an advantage).
