Job Description: Dealing with Inbound/Outbound calls regarding (Current Account, Saving Accounts, Fixed Deposit, Insurance, Credit Card, Home Loan & Personal Loan). Location: Thane Role: Handling Inbound Voice Calls + Cross Selling. In Outbound : Making Outbound calls for Tele sales of various Kotak products Eligibility Criteria: Graduate with minimum 6 months of any Inbound/Outbound Customer Service experience required. Designation: M1(Assistant Manager) Quality: Good communication skills needed Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM (Female shifts end till 8:00pm) (8 hours working with 1-hour Break). Week offs: In 1st & 3rd Week 6 days working with 1 Rotational week off & 2nd & 4th week 2 Rotational week offs (Plus all banking holidays). Salary for M1: Max CTC 2.7 LPA: 17,000 In-hand to 3.5 LPA: 23,000 In-hand for minimum 6 months of Experience. Incentives: No Rounds of Interviews: Hr & Operations Language: English & Hindi.
