Telecaller (Loan Department)

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Telecaller to join our Loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining various loan products (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Loan Against Property, etc.), and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan inquiries.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with interested clients to ensure timely conversion.
• Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for loan processing.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking and loan products preferred.
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
