Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller (Lead Qualification Executive) position based in Midnapore. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls to potential clients to gather and qualify leads. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing key information, and maintaining excellent communication to build rapport with potential customers. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and assisting in identifying prospects for the company's services.

?12,000 ?18,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Proficiency in telecalling, lead qualification, and maintaining client information
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software or tools
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Fluency in English and/or proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous
• Prior experience in lead generation or telecalling will be an added advantage
