Telecaller – Kochi

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our Kochi branch. The role involves contacting potential students, explaining our training programs, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students.
• Explain course details, fees, and benefits.
• Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
• Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
• Maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Plus Two/Degree.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
