Job Opening: Tele Sales Executive (Client Acquisition)

Location: Kamala 2nd Street, Chinna Chokikulam, Madurai, Tamil Nadu – 625002

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Client Acquisition Executives to join our growing team. This role focuses on engaging business clients via phone to promote and onboard them to our client’s services. All leads will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B telecalling using provided leads

Promote and explain services to business clients

Maintain 120+ minutes of daily talk time

Ensure minimum 4 client acquisitions per month

Update CRM and maintain accurate call logs

Submit daily and weekly performance reports

Collaborate with internal teams for follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 0–5 years (Telecalling/Sales/Client Acquisition preferred)

Education: Open to all educational backgrounds

Communication: Strong verbal skills required

Age Limit:

Junior Executive: Up to 30 years

Team Lead (TL): Up to 32 years

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Goal-oriented and self-driven

Basic computer proficiency

Work Details:

Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
