About the Role

Fuselage Innovations Pvt Ltd is seeking a friendly and motivated Telecaller fluent in Kannada to join our growing team. This role is focused on reaching out to prospective customers across Karnataka and other Kannada-speaking regions, sharing product details, and resolving customer queries. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Freshers are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, especially from Kannada-speaking regions
• Introduce and explain our products, services, and training programs clearly
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up actions
• Address customer inquiries politely and ensure timely follow-up
• Work closely with internal teams to provide end-to-end customer support

Requirements

• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
• Good communication skills in Kannada and English
• 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support (freshers encouraged)
• Basic computer skills: knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work from our Kochi office and adapt to flexible hours
