Telecaller - IT Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecalling, with strong communication skills. A basic understanding of IT services and technical background is an added advantage. You will play a key role in lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing business clients.
• Clearly explain the company's IT services (e.g., AMC, server management, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Understand client needs and qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.
• Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams for meetings.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling.

Education: Graduate or equivalent preferred.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT services or a willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and client handling skills.
• Excel proficiency for data management.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 15,000 – 25,000/month (depending on experience)
