Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our IT & Digital Marketing services.
• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/excel.
• Build rapport with prospects and ensure proper follow-up until conversion.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Handle inquiries politely and professionally.
