Telecaller / Counsellor – Experienced in IT Industry
Location: Rajguru nagar , ludhiana
Timings: 9:30 to 6:30

We are looking for a Telecaller / Counsellor who has prior experience working in an IT company in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Understand client requirements and explain services clearly.
• Convert leads into closures and generate revenue.
• Follow up with potential clients and build strong relationships.
• Maintain proper communication records and reports.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience as a Telecaller/Counsellor in an IT company.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to explain IT services to clients in a simplified way.
• Goal-oriented and capable of working under minimal supervision.
