Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B tele calling / inside sales / dealer-distributor handling. 100 to 150 call per day Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English). Hands-on experience in using CRM tools/software. Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently. Knowledge of bathroom accessories / hardware / building material industry will be an added advantage. Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
