Telecaller in Varanasi

We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our team at Aarohanam Foundation! If you have experience in administrative support, MS-Excel, design thinking, and are proficient in spoken and written English and Hindi, we want to hear from you. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential donors, partners, and stakeholders to promote our mission and secure support for our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential donors and partners to raise awareness about our programs and solicit donations
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all communication and interactions in MS-Excel
• Utilize design thinking principles to develop creative strategies for engaging with different audiences
• Provide excellent customer service to all callers and ensure their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for fundraising and outreach campaigns
• Monitor and track the success of different calling campaigns and provide regular reports to the management
• Communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Hindi to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
