Telecaller – Immigration Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic team at an Immigration Consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, and assisting clients with information related to immigration services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads
• Explain immigration processes, visa types, and eligibility criteria
• Schedule appointments for walk-ins or consultations with immigration experts
• Follow up with clients and maintain a high conversion rate
• Maintain a record of calls and client interactions in the CRM
• Respond to client inquiries through calls, messages, or emails
• Provide accurate information about services and resolve basic queries

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English ,Hindi and Punjabi
• Confident and polite telephone manner
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
