Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Calls:Handling calls from patients seeking information, appointments, or support, and making calls to potential patients to promote services or follow up on leads.
Appointment Scheduling:Scheduling appointments for patients with doctors or specialists based on availability and patient needs.
Providing Information:Answering questions about healthcare services, procedures, costs, and other relevant information, ensuring patients are well-informed.
Following Up:Following up with patients to confirm appointments, provide updates, or gather feedback.
Maintaining Records:Keeping accurate records of patient interactions, appointments, and other relevant data in the system.
Customer Service:Addressing patient concerns, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience.
Collaboration:Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient care and communication.
Sales (if applicable):Promoting healthcare packages, services, or products to potential patients.
Database Management:Creating and maintaining a database of potential leads and customer information.
Feedback Collection:Gathering feedback from patients and relaying it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
