Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to understand their home loan requirements.
• Explain available loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain daily calling reports.
• Coordinate with loan advisors and bankers for smooth case processing.
• Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred from BFSI or home loan sector).
• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Confident, polite, and target-driven attitude.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
