Job Description

We are looking for a professional and courteous individual to manage telecalling activities, handle client complaints, and oversee receptionist duties. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a polite and calm demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Soft Telecalling Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups, feedback, or promotions. Share service information politely and professionally. Maintain a record of calls and responses in the system. Ensure positive interaction and build client trust. Handling Client Complaints Listen patiently to client concerns and complaints. Register and escalate issues to the relevant department. Follow up on complaint status and ensure timely resolution. Maintain a complaint log for record-keeping and reporting. Receptionist Duties Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude. Manage the front desk, receive calls, and redirect them appropriately. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area. Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication. Calm, courteous, and customer-focused. Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer systems. Multitasking ability and time management. Fluent in Hindi, English (and any regional language if required). Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or front desk roles (freshers can apply with good communication). Working TIME 10.00 AM – 6:30 PM, Tuesday to Sunday,Monday is weekly off Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
