About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Telecaller to join our team.
This role is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills and are interested in building a career in customer handling and calling operations.

Freshers with a pleasant personality and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain company services.
• Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain call logs and update customer information.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team when required.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Confident, polite, and clear speaking ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Female candidates preferred.

Salary
