About the job: This is a full-time on-site role for contact centre associates at YogaAmie, to be based at our office on Baner Road, Pune. Key Responsibilities: 1. Interact with callers and provide them with information regarding our partnered wellness centers 2. Understand the needs of the callers 3. Communicate to them the relevant information regarding the wellness packages 4. Manage the leads effectively 5. Make outbound follow-up calls 6. Update proper notes in the CRM system 7.
