📌 Job Description We are hiring a Telecaller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our products/services, and generate leads. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales. 🔑 Key Responsibilities 1.Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. 2.Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries. 3.Explain product/service details clearly and persuasively. 4.Maintain customer database and update records regularly. 5.Follow up with interested customers and close deals. 6.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets. 🎯 Requirements 1.Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. 2.Good communication skills in Hindi/English (other regional languages are a plus). 3.Prior experience in telecalling / customer service / sales preferred (Freshers can also apply). 4.Confident, polite, and target-oriented. 5.Basic computer knowledge. 💰 Salary & Benefits 1.Fixed Salary + Incentives/Performance Bonus. 2.Training and growth opportunities. 3.Friendly and supportive work environment.
