We are looking for a compassionate and result-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on patient enquiries, and support appointment conversions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a patient-friendly attitude, and basic knowledge of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on leads generated from digital promotions (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to appointments, enquiries, and follow-ups
Explain clinic services such as fertility treatments, consultations, and procedures
Schedule and confirm doctor appointments accurately
Maintain and update patient and lead records in spreadsheets or CRM
Coordinate with doctors, front office, and marketing team for smooth patient handling
Ensure high call quality, empathy, and confidentiality at all times
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets
