The Receptionist cum Tele caller is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Responsible for providing courteous assistance, managing patient registrations, handling appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to deliver efficient front-office services. Should have a basic computer Knowledge.
Responsible for doing admin works.
Maintain call logs and records of conversations and outcomes.
Achieve monthly call and lead targets (incentive for additional lead targets achievement).
Manage documentation and filing work related to leads and clients.
